To move the board to any angle hold down the Shift key and click the Right mouse button and a rotational icon will appear. Keep holding the Shift Key and the Right mouse button while dragging the mouse to pan or rotate PCB to the desired view. The Shortcut keys 8, 9 and 0 can orient the 3D board view to predefined views.
