New Low noise, energy efficient and long life 9RA cooling fan family

EAO Ltd has introduced the comprehensive new Sanyo Denki 9RA low noise, low power, and longer life range of fans. Covering 60, 80, 120 and 140 mm frame sizes with thicknesses from 25 up to 38 mm. The new 9RA family offers reduced noise compared to the current conventional Sanyo Denki’s fans as they typically generate half the noise so 3bB(A) lower and use 25% less power than the existing Sanyo Denki fans whilst offering similar airflow and static pressure.

Designed for general use across many environments the fan PCB’s have Humiseal humidity coatings as standard, for improved protection from moisture. Engineered in black plastic with dual ball bearings, the new 9RA fans are more reliable and should last 1.5 times longer life than their predecessors. The 25mm thick fans have a rated life of 60,000 hours at 60 degrees C or 90,000 hours at 40 degrees C, to ensure trouble-free, long-term operation.image

The built-in pulse sensor (tacho) connection can be used to monitor the fan speed and assist in fault diagnosis. The optional PWM control can be used to further reduce power consumption and fan noise using a PWM controller such as the Sanyo Denki 9PC8666X-S001

Available for 12, 24 or 48 VDC operation in 3 different fans speeds and with or without mounting ribs the comprehensive 9RA line-up caters for a huge range of cooling applications.
