In this blog I will briefly cover the standards that are pertinent to RFID transponders, and in particular those applicable to the memory bank of the transponder.
The most common applicable standards are EPC Class 1 Gen 2 and ISO 18000-6C. The EPC standard is not exclusive to RFID transponders, but is also used extensively in barcode applications.
