Ferrite-filter D-Subs provide a low level of filtering thanks to simple blocks of inductive ferrite attached to rear of the connectors.
Available in 9,15, 25, 37 pole solder cup and right angle PCB versions and also 9,15, 25, pole straight PCB versions, they are manufactured in accordance with IEC 60 807-2 (11/92 ) and IEC 60 512-25-2 (0302). PCB mount versions are a direct drop in replacement for standard D-Sub, utilizing the same footprint thus avoiding costly board redesign. Right angled versions are supplied with board locks to increase efficiency in the termination process.
