Transmitting/directing 1, 2, or perhaps 3 MHz of RF onto the skin surface

Former Member
Former Member over 14 years ago

Transmitting/directing 1, 2, or perhaps 3 MHz of RF onto the skin surface for therapeutic purposes!

For those of you who have had some exposure in this area, kindly advise what type of radio transmitting device

would be most suitable / appropriate to adapt and apply to this medical purpose; whether there is in fact anything

on the market already of this type, and if so, who has it?

Could I build something similar, and achieve the same outcome?  I have a hunch that I possibly could.

I am planning to build a device which directs say, 1 MHz, onto the skin surface in order to break down those

'over-accumulated fat cells' .. I have read about this technology before somewhere, but I cannot seem to get

my hands on it .. my notes must be buried deep in a filing cabinet somewhere?  While I keep digging for those files ..

Contributing thoughts on this topic are welcomed !!!

Many thanks,

Richard_V

    Richard,

At first, I liked your idea for a "skintenna." But using it to burn off extra pounds seems like a throwback to the 1950s-60s weight loss gadgets. IE: using a vibrating belt to shake those fat cells away.

You are proposing a device to destroy fat cells? I believe you are imagining a weapon. Drop the idea and move on to using skin to extend one's cell phone reception.
