MCU support SATA III (6GB/s)

I need MCU which support SATA III. Do you have any MCU which is satisfied my requirement?

I saw that i.MX6 series can support SATA II (I used i.MX535 before but it just have SATA I).

If you don't have any SATA III MCU, could you please tell us your development plan for SATA III MCU?

Can you provide this MCU within this year? FYI, I need about 600 MCU per year.

Hi Phuc, I did a quick look around and couldn't find any MCU's that mentioned supporting SATA III. Since we are not a manufacture and you mentioned the i.MX6 family I am going to move this conversation…

i.MX6 multimedia processor family only support SATA2 (3Gb/s)

Freescale has announced end of last year the extension of its existing QorIQ telecom processor family with new Layerscape which will be based on ARM Cortex-A7 (LS1_A7) or ARM Cortex-A15 (LS1_A15) cores.
Those LS1 should embeds following new peripherals : USB3.0 with PHY, SATA3 (6Gb/s), min 3x Ethernet Gigabit, PCIe2.0 ...

Evaluation boards and samples should be available end of 2013, may be early 2014 and full-production should start minimum 6 months later
