What plans do you have to use the Freescale Freedom FRDM-K64F Development Platform?

Question

I want to use Freescale Freedom FRDM-K64F Development Platform to write code and wondered what others may have done. I realize that there are other systems besides the RTOS suggested. So any suggerstions for software would be nice. Also any experinces on the IDE would be appropriate.

I am using bare bones code using Code Warrior for the KEA64, , not 100% the same processor but similar enough to use the one to help with the other. I am working on a child safety device, will see how it goes. As for RTOS its not to bad once you get some of the basics down, if you want Freescale notes on the matter let me know I got a few from a lecturer from a recent Freescale event. Kas
