STMicroelectronics is now offering a new selection of high precision op-amps with a very low consumption. With these 3 new op-amp series, conditionning very small signals is made possible, even regardless of temperature conditions, while keeping consumption at lowest level.

■ Very high accuracy: Offset voltage 5 µV max at 25°C,

   8 µV over full temperature range (-40 to +125 °C)

■ Low power consumption: 40 µA at 5V

■ Rail-to-Rail input and output

■ Low supply voltage: 1.8 to 5.5V

■ Low input bias current: 70 pA typ.

■ Gain bandwidth product: 400 kHz

■ Micro package: SC70-5, SOT23-5

■ Low offset voltage: 200 µV max at 25°C

■ Low power consumption: 10 µA at 5V TSV711 (60 µA for TSV731)

■ Rail-to-Rail input and output

■ Low supply voltage: 1.5 to 5.5V

■ Low input bias current: 1 pA typ.

■ Gain bandwidth product: 150 kHz typ. TSV711 (900 kHz for TSV731)
