STMicroelectronics: TS88 series, Lowest Consumption Comparators of the market now available in single, dual and quad version

TS881/2/4 are comparators featuring nanopower consumption and response time of 2µs

image

The TS88 series is the first ST’s new generation of comparators compatible with supply voltage as low as 1.1V minimizing supply leakage over a wide temperature range, enabling longer operating times with smaller batteries. The performance characteristics of this comparator allow it to be used in a wide range of portable applications. Suitable for use in front-end detection and measurement circuitry, the TS881 is also faster than competing devices, allowing a significant reduction in equipment response times.

TS881/2/4 are comparators featuring ultra-low supply current (220 nA typical with output high, VCC = 1.2 V, no load) with rail-to-rail input and Push pull output capability.

Operating from 1.1 V to 5.5 V supply voltage, this comparator can be used over a wide temperature range (-40 to +125°C), keeping the current consumption in the nanopower range.
