ST’s TSZ12x series of high precision zero drift CMOS operational amplifiers are now available in single, dual and quad version.
TSZ12x series offer a maximum input offset voltage of 5 µV, and moreover a very stable offset voltage whatever the Common Mode voltage (See graph). The device also feature rail-to-rail input and output, excellent speed/power consumption ratio, and 400 kHz gain bandwidth product, while consuming less than 40 μA at 5 V.
These features make the TSZ12x series ideal for sensor interfaces, driving Analog to Digital converters (ADCs) in battery-powered applications and portable applications.
