Reset centralina elettronica durante start motore

Siamo costruttori di mezzi industriali ed agricoli,

tensione di batteria 12V.

Abbiamo motori termici sia elettronici che meccanici.

qundo eseguiamo lo start motore dalla chiave quadro non abbiamo nessun problema,

quando invece facciamo start motore da pulsantiere esterne , l'elettronica si resetta, impedendo lo start.

Quale componente è indicato per ovviare agli sbalzi di tensione negativi  (2.5V) che resettano l'elettronica?

Potremmo installare un DC-DC converter sull'alimentazione,

come funzionano questi componenti?

    As a quick answer it sounds like perhaps there is a voltage drop that your system is experiencing during the electronic ignition. It's fairly common in these types of applications to have a voltage drop on the battery during the initial cranking of the engine, so perhaps the electronic start is just more susceptible to any voltage fluctuations.

    Anche se un po tardi provo a dare una risposta: l'utilizzo di un dc-dc potrebbe sicuramente aiutare a mantenere l'alimentazione dell'elettronica stabile , per individuare il convertitore piu adatto si potrebbe misurare in effetti la tensione ai capi della centralina durante la fase critica quindi individuato l'eventuale problema si puo identificare il prodotto giusto o eventualmente progettarne uno ad hoc. Sarebbe opportuno anche verificare se e quali disturbi vengono introtti nell'alimentazione , probabilmente attraverso i cavi remoti di avviamento esterno , il fatto che dalla chiave interna si avvia regolarmente e in remoto si resetta induce a pensare che il problema sia riconducibile a disturbi introdotti , ai quali si puo piu semplicemente ovviare con l'utilizzo di un accoppiatore ottico .
