I was wondering if there is a chip socket for Quectel EC25U to solder it in a 2 layer PCB. Since it has its pin underneath it, is there any possible alternative for it.

There are usually no sockets for custom modules like this one. Depending on signals on the center pads, you could put plated through holes, that are smaller than the pad on the board and let solder flow…

Depending on signals on the center pads, you could put plated through holes, that are smaller than the pad on the board and let solder flow into the hole to connect to the package pads. Tricky but not impossible.

In any way, this is a cursed footprint.
