I'm amazed at some users who think we are there to provide a personal PA service to do their searching or coding.
You need to realise that most of the people answering the posts are not paid staff, and do have a full time job or other things in their life.
They may also be from different timezones so while you are posting, they might be sleeping.

The best form of education is self-education where you lean by wanting to learn as opposed to being force-fed boring facts in a classroom.
I've always found that if I find out the information I tend to retain it, while if someone tells me it tends to get forgotten. Maybe that's how other work as well.
