Check on mine as we speak to see when it will be shipped.
I like in Canada but was born and bred in the UK, moved here only 23 years ago
Yes, I'm ordering through Newark direct as a business customer so I pay less shipping etc but as you say, there are alternatives I may have to use in order to get one sooner
Ill start videos before the windows comes out but that is the most appealing thing about it for me

I`m so confused, first I ordered from Newark for US NY delivery, which they said its out of stock, so I decided to keep that order and saw in stock for MCM, the site was so hammered that I ended up with 2 orders instead of 1, I emailed them with out a response, but the order status still says processing... So not sure whats going on here...
Hello All,
I apologize for the delay, your order has been received but due to the high volume there is a slight delay in producing the order confirmation number. This will be sent to you ASAP.
Thank you for your patience,
Jamie
Slightly OT. I wanted to order a Raspberry 2 today, but there were only 2 shipping options. The cheapest was $43 and I think the most expensive was $79 to ship to Hawaii. 2 raspberry pi's are WAY less than a pound and I definitely don't need it within 2 days, so I don't know how the shipping can be so much.
I think I'll just wait until it's available on Amazon and get the shipping free. Oh, well.
Hello raspbpi024,
I do apologize, for Hawaii these are the only 2 options at this time.
Thank you,
Jamie
raspbpi024 if you haven't already - check out the RoadTest and you could get a chance to get a Raspberry Pi 2 to review and keep after you're done. Just another option
Hi Nicole,
I thought at first that this was a 'spam' post, as the 'RoadTest' link takes me to a page advising me that "An unexpected error has occurred." but as the post was created by a site administrator, that seems unlikely!
As I am sure that other members would also be interested in reviewing a Raspberry Pi 2, perhaps you could tell us a bit more about this scheme?
