Here are the people who have sent me their details so far; I have still got the other 6 to get, but I’ll hopefully have these in the mail this week.

There are 5 people still to contact me with postal details, so I have a question for the group. Do you think there should be a time limit on claiming the kits? I know some people may have registered with a “spam” email account, so they will not have received the notification. Do we give them a week, a month or an indefinite time? I’d like to give as many people as possible the chance to test the kits, and obviously I couldn’t implement a new rule for this RoadTest. So I wondered what you think should be the rules for future tests?

In my opinion, there should be a time limit different from infinite. If someone else attends an offer, she/he is responsible from tracking it. Off course, people may be very busy, have difficulties with their e-mail accounts and so on. In normal circumstance, it is enough 4 days to be sure that an e-mail was successfuly delivered to the user's e-mail box. Add one or two weeks maybe three. So, i think one month is fair enough. As you stated, there may be spam users. Finally, it is always better to give something else to someone else who really deserves to have it.

I know some people, myself included, have an email address that they use when they sign up for offers.

I'm thinking towards the month myself, people may be on a two week holiday and have to catch up on emails when they get back

So, I think 3 weeks is a good values.

You can go to vacancy for 2 wweks and read your mails.

A time limit is important I think.
