14th April I sent them for dispatch. The warehouse is looking for the tracking code now. I've popped a spare one I had in the post to you, so hopefully you'll have it this week

Hi Vaclav,

I have asked the warehouse to check up on this. The shipment seems to have gone missing between my desk and them and they are trying to trace it now. In the meantime we are withdrawing another batch from stock and we will resend to all winners.

Hi, I just spotted the UPS slip by the door and picked it up off the neighbour, it must have arrived yesterday!
