Me neither. I have turned it on too, but I don't get any updates regarding new RoadTests - I only recieve updates on posts and discussions in the RoadTest area.

we are working just now to try get notifications added to the new RoadTest functionality, both for new roadtests and reviews,
Btw did you get the notification when I started the Wolfson discussion?
