I'd vote for FPGA or DSP development kit. For example Altera DE series boards or Beagle Board... At lease something better than a simple board with pinheads and cpu.

I would like to see some Chipkit, the Arduino compatible board from Microchip.
¿It will work like the original one, with the same playground?

I'v been wanting to get my hands on one of these since 2007 and now they have a new model of The New Raspberry Pi. It comes with 512MB of Ram. I would still like to see what I can buld with a Pi. Maybe, revive one of the Dead Laptops, that are under my bed...
