The width issue is going through QA right now & should get deployed in an hour or so.
I'll ask around and see what they intended by that question.. but it looks as though "Was everything required in the box?" makes more sense 
Changes to text like that need to follow a different process (it's translated into multiple languages), so if we find that we need to change it, it'll get deployed in our April 16th release.
