Element 14 has no camera, case, or operations manual

Hi, I just bought four of your kits from Newark for the $39.99 price quoted. All the above items are missing. Are they supposed to be extra? If so, how and where do I find them? They are given as 'features' at your website or covered in the video embedded there - I suppose you mean that the board supports a camera, etc. Any way, please clarify.
