I want to know about what is best and why. for if I should do a cluster and want to know villken is best to use.

As you'll see, Chip and RAM are identical on B and B+. The B+ mainly has slightly lower power consumption, more GPIO, 4 USB ports and uses microSD.
So for your cluster, I suppose it won't really matter which one to pick. So you might as well go with the B+ for the lower power consumption.
