Where must i click to create my review? 
In the upper right corner, click the "create" button. In the pop up, select "RoadTest Review". You should then be able to select which item you reviewed.
i don't have RoadTest Review option

I have the same problem of Stefano, I can't start - eventually 
- the review of this kit when I access to the create / review menu the options does not show the kit (that has already arrived here)

I seem to be facing the same issue - no button to create review 
I know I've taken my sweet time but I would like to redeem myself now that I have some time. It's for the TI ultrasonic level sensor review.
