Sorry for the inconvenience. It is visible again now. The Report Abuse link on the individual Road Test view page will be removed in our next release as it is not a valid use case (there will still be per-comment abuse links available and on the Review pages, too).

for a moment I thought that was side effect of RoadTest being transitioned from enrollable state to closed (as I am impatiently waiting for testers to be chosen)

The winners were announced in this comment on the RoadTest page:

And I'd like to also announce that an update has just been deployed so that the Report Abuse link no longer appears on RoadTest pages. This should prevent the issue of a RoadTest becoming hidden due to being flagged (comments and reviews can still be reported as abuse as they are user generated content).

So when will the lucky road testers be notified? This has been a day or so since it closed. No indications on the road test web page so far.
