from my understanding of it, There is only so meny kits that will be given out. The date that is posted is the date to enroll by, on that day they will select the people that will be reciving the items and send them at no cost to you. All they ask is that you make a review of the item.
You are correct William. Each roadtest has a different amount of kits availible and will be sent to the winner(s) when they have been selected at no cost. In return the chosen users will need to write a review about their experience.
