Sounds interesting, previously I thought that Renesas was more closed company but apparently now they are opening to different markets and is easier to get access to their products and software. They even have sample projects in their website. I like the flexibility of connections with the different expansion connectors (mikrobus, Grove, Pmod & Arduino). I would like to put a display on it, also some environmental sensors and make an interface connected to the Internet through the Ethernet connector, something like an environmental monitoring station with remote interface.
