STMicroelectronics would like to roadtest any of these products. What is your preference?

The presence sensor, wireless charger and current sensor are all very intriguing. However, the nod goes to the presence sensor which has functionality I haven't seen before.

I selected the Current Sensing kit. If I had two votes, I'd add the DC-DC converter.

I have three of the ST Micro Sensor boxes of all three versions including the latest.  I have never heard of the presence sensor before, but it seems like a good add-on to all the existing sensors, such as the temperature, accelerometer, … other sensors.  Maybe it could be used to check if there is anyone around to limit the current usage when no one is around, i.e. to save battery life?

it seems as if it uses a combination of a ToF, ambient and infrared light sensors.

    interesting, definitely easy to test.

I voted current sensing.  Somewhat like Jan Cumps , if I had two votes... I would also select the Presence Detector.

I'm voting for the presence detector (I hope it comes with STWIN.box).

I have voted for presence detector. But if I have to go from high to low priority then here is the list. It would be though difficult to select just one.

    1> Presence detector STEVAL-pdetect1

    2> DC-DC converter STEVEL-A6983cv1

    3> Wireless charger (steveal-wbc2tx50 and Steval-wlc98rx)

    4> Current sensing Steval-AETkt2v1

5> Smart power solid state relay X-Nucleo-out16a1

As much as I love the concept of current sensing in a circuit (which was going to be my vote), I went with the DC-DC converted. I'm honestly surprised by the few votes it has. The chip looks amazing specs-wise, and I it blows my mind that it has the capabilities it has, in such a tiny package. For lower-power applications you could shrink the external caps and inductors too, and the footprint would be absurdly small.
