I am trying to install TMCL-IDE for windows. I am getting this error. Please help me in solving it.
This won't work with Windows 8 because the SystemParametersInfoForDpi functions is only available starting with Windows 10 as can be see here:

My hardware cannot support windows 10 or higher. I am looking for linux os in which it is compatible and the hardware requiemnt for it.
