I am trying to install TMCL-IDE for windows. I am getting this error. Please help me in solving it.

I have connected the device to the USB but it is still not showing the device. How to solve this error.

Is there any other way to start the board. Even Ubuntu 16.4 is not working properly. I have booted my system with Ubuntu 16.4. Still no proper way to install the software.
