I am trying to install TMCL-IDE for windows. I am getting this error. Please help me in solving it.

Hmm, it says 'TMCL-IDE (Win32)', not sure whether this runs under a 64bit Windows...

but from what I found when looking for 'SystemParametersInfoForDpi' is that it needs a relatively new Win10.

I saw Windows 7 or higher on one post of their website. That's clearly outdated info, because the required API didn't exist in that version

this is (from the text) for TMCL-IDE 3.x - but it seems 4.7.x is the current version.
