Are there any products you own - that you'd like to write a RoadTest Review for?

Predominantly we setup RoadTests based upon discussions we have in the element14 Community team, or when we're approached by suppliers or manufacturers that would like their hardware 'tested'.

It occurs to me though, that many of our members may already have hardware, equipment or kit that they could or would like to write a RoadTest for, maybe we could even supplement these with accessories to help the RoadTest along.

We would need some way of deciding which product to setup the page for to RoadTest, but we've had a number of times now where people have stepped forward and said they'd like to RoadTest an item that they already have. It may have to be something that Farnell stocks, fundamentally.

Let me know your thoughts.

Is there a microscope lense that I can attach to ESP32 s3 sense camera module. If something like that is avaailable than it would be great

I think this is deviating from the focus of this thread, if you have this kind of question please ask it in the Ask an Expert Forum

Nice intiative, adding some Multicomp Pro products along with the Kit, gives motivationGrin for the Roadtest.

Is there a proposal process to negotiate a road test where e14 supplies some connectors?

That's part of what we're thinking about with this thread.

Also, since you're a Top Member you can always ask in the forum there and we might arrange something. Slight smile

Please let me know if you can get such product in your roadtest profile

Well it needs to be a product on our online store, and this discussion was about products you already own, but we're always interested in hearing about products people want to write a review for.

If we include reviews of the product we own along with the road test, there is no guarantee that other people who have the same product will add their own reviews as well. As a result, people who want to know about the product may be influenced by only one review, which is not a good idea

I'm not sure I follow the logic of what you're saying here, could you try explaining it differently?

That would be a great way of forcing oneself to thoroughly learn some prizes we may get - some may be underutilized by using only some standard subset of functions instead of exploring all the possibilities...

that would be interesting - Arduino shields are T1S and we are mainly exploring T1L here...

I have a phenomenal tool I'd like to show off (carried by Newark/Farnell).

It needs a selection of connectors. Is there a proposal process to negotiate a road test where e14 supplies some connectors?
