The supplier sent us the wrong product. So, we are returning it and waiting on the new ones. Since of one of our new requirements (to the supplier) is to have the products in Chicago to do enrollments, we decided to take down the page, wait for the products and then restart the roadtest.
In the past, we started enrollments without having the products. This caused delays in getting the products for the ones selected as official roadtesters.

Are you going to keep the existing road testers or they need to reapply ?
Will the time be reset or it will continue from where it was left previously ?
kind regards,
Alin I.
It will be started over. Everyone will need to re-apply. The applications that you previously did would not be connected to the new roadtest number in the database. So I wouldn't be able to approve anyone. So, it'll have to be started from scratch. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Having the items on hand before enrollment sounds like a good idea. The few road tests I've applied for have been very late in selecting the testers. I now know the delay is down to the manufacturers rather than E14, but it gives the incorrect impression that you're disorganised. I'm guessing it makes it harder to encourage the testers to get their part done on time too.
