Was there ever a RoadTest for the Agilent/Keysight 53200 series?

Hey guys,

My mind is probably playing tricks on me, because I remember there was a RoadTest for the 53200 frequency counters. Did I imagine it or they're just not there anymore?

I cannot find a Roadtest on the 53200 series either, plenty of information from Keysight themselves, or there are some independent reviews on Youtube.

I do have a 53220A53220A so if you want to know something specific let me know and I may be able to help

Hi Donald,

Sorry for the late reply, holidays got in the way. I just want to know if there should be any lights turning on (other than the green LED) or relays clicking when you turn it on. The one I have turns on (all power rails are at the expected voltages), but has nothing on the display, it's basically a brick.

The Spear MCU on the processor board appears to work (based on some small RAM traffic), but I don't think the firmware gets loaded.
