After checking the manual, I found this functionality added compared to the station I'm using now, a Weller WXR 3:
WXSmart has LAN additional . WXR3 has "USB memory stick" to store and load settings. Both stations allow you to store and retrieve profiles/settings, and that allows you to work on a particular board/activity in a repeatable way. WXSmart allows it via the network.
