RoadTest Goals

The roadtester should build a project with the product to test the platform and demonstrate its capabilities.

Descriptions

BeagleBone® AI-64 is a 64-bit BeagleBone® for high-performance embedded computing. It brings a complete system for developing artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning solutions with the convenience and expandability of the BeagleBone® platform and the peripherals on board to get started right away learning and building applications.

With locally hosted, ready-to-use, open-source focused tool chains and development environment, a simple web browser, power source and network connection are all that need to be added to start building performance-optimized embedded applications. Industry-leading expansion possibilities are enabled through familiar BeagleBone® cape headers, with hundreds of open-source hardware examples and dozens of readily available embedded expansion options available off-the-shelf.

Hello...I got this board! I think building 128GiB of data has never been so fast. And...the PWM peripherals are already working.

Hello, If selected, i can try to submit one of the prototypes but not sure as it may take December or even Jan or Feb or even March. But still I think one part may be possible but not sure,

For the return of the product, pls note you will have to pay shipping return charges, then only i can return. Rest things i had said, how i intend to use.

Hello Judges,

If selected, I m concerned 60 days deadline. I m already 2 months late on my ongoing works. If the deadline is as per current, i would be off initially by 30-45 days. So, if my name comes in the selection, pls note this or otherwise do not select me, as i wont be able to submit in this deadline.

Since it has a USB C Power input it will work with regular USB C chargers, most can deliver 3A, but for higher power Applications, Max the board supports on the Power in mux is 5V 4.5A.Therefore, requesting rscasny for a 5V 4.5A or 5V 5A adapter, instead of 3A one mentioned above :).

We'll have to be wary depending on what country the RoadTester is in to ensure we provide a regionally appropriate one.

I just opened up the kit box. A power adapter is not included. Yes, I think we can provide one.

Does this road test package include a 5V, >=3A power adapter? If not, maybe an AC/DC adapter like this should be included. Usually a laptop won't supply 5V, 3A through USB C connector.
