Detailed Review:

The MaaXBoard came with a power supply, SD card and HDMI cable which was really nice. The only thing I had to add was a monitor, keyboard and mouse.

The lower USB port did not work with the keyboard or mouse but the upper port did. In order to use both I attached a USB hub to thee upper port and the keyboard and mouse was attached to the hub. After several weeks of searching I was finally able to download the Android OS. It took about an hour to complete the download, burn the image to the SD card and verify the OS install. The MaaXBoard booted up with no problems and was able to access the internet via Ethernet connection. After setting up the Android for WiFi, screen size and a few other setting I was ready to test out a few apps I downloaded from the Google Play Store. All of the Apps downloaded and ran without any issues. I was not able to locate a version of Windows IOT, I had planned on doing a comparison test between the two but this wasn't posible.
