I don’t print anything except PLA or TPU on these machines. I do have a Welding rated fume extractor as well as a couple of in line ventilation fans I picked up in case I felt the need. I would most likely print a shroud to screw my cooling fan to through the plexiglass and then have the 4” inline fan at the point of exhaust. The case is within 10’ of the window

Unfortunately, the fumes from PLA are still toxic even if they can be less abundant in some circumstances than ABS. There's a good comparative report here:

I recommend the official Creality Enclosure (V2), which can be easily installed on the Ender-3 Pro, even if it’s been upgraded with the Sprite direct drive.
It’s foldable, portable, and helps retain heat for ABS/ASA printing. It strikes a good balance between cost and ease of setup, though it’s not as rigid as a hard-frame enclosure.
