汽车工业的发展带动汽车配备用品行业的发展和技术升级。其中,继安全气囊、ABS刹车系统之后,在世纪之交国际汽车领域出现的TPMS系统,被誉为新一代汽车高科技安全配备用品。
TPMS(Tire Pressure Monitoring System的英文缩写形式,中文意为“轮胎气压智能监测系统”)系统是通过对汽车轮胎的气压、温度等进行动态实时监测,在出现危险状况时给予警报,从而有效预防爆胎、保障行驶安全的高科技产品。

 

     车安泰 TPMS工作原理

 

    车安泰  TPMS系统的工作原理如下:

 

    A、 在汽车的每个轮胎上安装一个带有传感/发射器,用以传递和发射轮胎内的气压和温度数据;

 

    B、 在汽车操纵盘处安装接收器和显示器,无线射频发射机将传感器所检测到的信息从轮胎内部发送到接收器上,并在显示器上显示出来;

 

    C、 显示器显示各轮胎的气压和温度,驾驶者可直观了解各个轮胎的气压和温度状况。

 

    D、 当轮胎气压和温度异常、轮胎危险征兆出现时,TPMS就会自动报警,从而保障行车的安全以及轮胎运行保持在正常状态。

    实时监测和显示汽车轮胎的气压、温度,出现异常及时报警,可实现对轮胎的高压、低压、漏气以及高温报警;

 

    系统可以编程,根据不同的汽车和轮胎可设置不同的气压、温度报警值;

 

    系统可同时监测四个或多个轮胎。

 

    车安泰 TPMS主要特点

 

    事前主动型安保

 

    汽车现有安全措施,如ABS、EDS、EPS、安全气囊等,均是“事后被动”型安保,即在事故发生后才起到保护人身安全的作用。而TPMS属于“事前主动”型安保,即在轮胎出现危险征兆时及时报警,驾驶员可采取措施,将事故消灭在萌芽状态。
 
    延长轮胎使用寿命
 
    统计表明:轮胎气压不足行驶,车轮气压比正常值下降10%,轮胎寿命减少15%。TMPS系统实时监测每个轮胎的动态瞬时气压,当轮胎气压出现异常时能及时自动报警,从而减少车胎的损毁,延长轮胎使用寿命。

 

    减少燃油消耗,利于环保

 

    实验显示,轮胎气压低于标准气压值30%,油耗将上升10%。如果轮胎气压过高,抓地力就会下降,轮胎磨损加快。油耗上升不仅增加车辆运行费用,而且增加废气排放,对环境的污染加大。

 

    车辆安装了 TPMS 系统,就能及时发现车胎气压异常,有效避免上述现象的发生,不仅降低油耗,而且还可减轻对环境的污染。

 

    可避免车辆部件不正常的磨损

 

    若汽车在轮胎气压过高的状态下行驶,日积月累对发动机底盘
及悬挂系统将造成很大的伤害;如果轮胎气压不均匀,刚会造成刹车跑偏,从而增加悬挂系统的磨损。

 

    安装了 TPMS 系统,便能有效避免上述现象的发生。
