MPC574xP: Qorivva 32-bit MCU for Chassis and Safety Applications [New]*

The MPC574xP is a Qorivva 32-bit embedded Power ArchitectureRegistered MCU family designed for automotive safety and chassis applications which are required to meet the highest functional safety standards.

All devices in the MPC574xP family are part of the SafeAssure program, designed to help system manufacturers more easily achieve compliance with functional safety standards. The family is built around a safety concept, targeting an ISO 26262 ASIL D (Design) integrity level. In order to minimize additional software and module-level features to reach this target, the MPC574xP family has an integrated safety architecture including cores and DMA controller in delayed lock step, end-to-end error correction coding (e2eECC), duplicated periphery, start-up self-test (LBIST and MBIST), voltage regulator redundancy and supply monitoring, ADC self-test, and a fault collection unit (FCCU).

Main Features:

  • 2 x e200z4 in delayed lock step operating up to 180 MHz
  • Embedded floating point unit
  • Built to support functional safety (ISO 26262 / ASIL D)
  • 32-channel eDMA in delayed lockstep
  • 4 x 12 bit analog-to-digital converters (ADC), each with 16 channels
