The S12VR family is based on the LL18UHV process combining NVM, digital logic and high-voltage analog components into a monolithic solution. These analog components include an automotive voltage regulator, LIN physical layer, low-side drivers, high-side drivers and inputs.
The S12VR64 evaluation board allows for access to all of the pins. An on-board relay is available for evaluating the relay driver operation. 12-volt motor loads up to 13A can be supported with an external, high current power supply.
The S12VR64EVB includes an integrated USB link for debugging without an external debugger. The CodeWarrior Development Tool Suite and additional S12 development software support are available for rapid application development.
