WinCE Floppy Disk Drive, Driver

Catwell
Catwell over 15 years ago

This might be a bit of a stretch, but I need a WinCE (4.0 or greater) floppy disk drive driver. I have a medical project that the customer insists on using a floppy.

I had found one, once in the past. And now the driver seems to have disappeared in the Internet ether.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

    Evan,

Fantastic! This is exactly what I needed. Thank you.

Going to give these drivers a try real soon.

Cabe, glad to be of help, would love to know why they insisted on floppy disk.

I laughed at this at first as Sony recently announced they are stopping production of floppy disks next year

    Evan,

I did read that Sony is going to stop production. Due to a multitude of data stored on floppy disk for this medical company's products, having this feature is a necessity. Though, they are headed to other flash based memory storage options.

Thanks again. I was not looking forward to writing the driver myself, it was really a life saver.
