I am having trouble finding quadrature encoder that cost under $40 dollars each. I want to see that Monoprice did for AV cables, but for quadrature encoder. Is this too much to hope for?
Am I mistaken or isn't a qudrature encoder the same as an incremental rotary encoder?
What kind of specs are you looking for?
There are a lot of 2 channel models and a few 3 channel ones in the Farnell selection directly for under 40€ here so I would imagine that they are available around the same amount USD there.
