I've used Python and Small Office Basic, only nothing sticks! I've never done it before but I've been interested in it for a while. Any programs I should use or any online classes that are best are appreciated!

If you're really a beginner, stay away from C and Java for now. They may be a bit too daunting for you at this stage. Start simple, like Visual Basic (6.0, not .NET) or Javascript. They have the benefit of being ubiquitous and practical.
Many years ago, I learned with BASIC and Pascal. They taught me the fundamentals of logic without having to concentrate too much on learning syntax, which Object Oriented languages like C tend to be heavy on. More recently, I taught myself HTML and Javascript by creating my first website on the now defunct Geocities domain. I learned alot of valuable skills, plus it was free.
In my opinion and in my experiences, the key to programming, beyond interest, is aptitude. I find many people have a desire to program for various reasons, but thinking logically just doesn't come naturally to some folks. If you find that "nothing sticks," maybe you haven't found your niche yet...or maybe it's just not for you.
