The stack's ARP response should be automatic.  Anytime the stack needs an IP address for which it has no MAC address, it will send a request, and anytime that it receives a request for its own MAC address, it will provide a response.  Are you using one of the STM32 example projects from either the Micrium or element14 site?

To get IP Packets we register a callback function(struct  net_if_api: Tx ) with TCP/IP Stack during initialization. In the same way , do we need to register any callback function 

to get the ARP Packets or the same callback(currently receiving IP Packets) will be used by TCP/IP Stack to send the ARP Packets.

I am not receiving any ARP Packets in the callback function (mentioned above) now.

Is there any standard Micrium API which will be used by the TCP/IP Stack to send the ARP Packets.

Hi Matt,

I'm running into an issue where one of the tasks encountered Hard Fault (which is one of interrupts that can't be disabled). At that point, nothing works anymore. If I were running a JTAG on the board, I can look at the OS Task Control Block and other parameters to determine which task was the culprit but as usual, issues don't always happen on the bench. So, how can I find out which task caused the problem? Is there a way for me to print out the task id? perhaps write to the flash memory?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hey Matt,

I am using MSP430 from TI . I am trying to send data through UART to PC from every task. However its not working. Transmit Buffer is loading with data but i am not able to receive data in my PC.

Here is example of my code:

i have called  the uart setup function in main function.

Hey Matt,

I am using Micrium OS 3 in MSP430 . I have made 10 Tasks in it. Is there any inbuilt function which can be used to directly jump from Task1 to suppose Task6 if all my Tasks are of same priority.
