Hi,
I am looking for replacement of this product http://www.teltonika.lt/en/pages/view/?id=952 which consists of http://www.wiligear.com/?q=products/cpu-boards/wbd-111 and custom daughterboard with uPCIe slot + SIM holder and one of Option B.V. HS(U/D)PA modems. The problem with current product is that WBD-111 is built on chipset that does not have freely available datasheets and support from Option B.V. is very "close sourced" which leads to a system that is not really stable.
So what I need is - SBC capable of running embedded Linux (openwrt in this case), having at least one ethernet connection and usb host controller. In ideal world it would have uPCIe slot (only USB connectivity required) + sim card holder, in real world I expect possibility to add my own uPCIe easily. Above that SBC has to be extremely low cost (up to 60EUR) and built on chips that have datasheets/documentation freely available.
Am I asking for too much? 
If no, can you please point me in the right direction?
