Hi, I´m trying to read a live template from scanner, when I send the command (0x21), I receive a SUCCESS and a TRY_AGAIN response, but not template data. Seems to me that the sensor cannot detect fingerprint input. Someone can help me?

Protocol Manual

From the manual it looks like this command scans a template (into memory?). To read a template would it be RT 0x14 Read template? ( Reads the fingerprint templates stored in the module.)

Hi

My goal is read a template without all enrolling and verifying proccess. When I send command 0x15 (Scan live finger print from the sensor) I recive a packet data full of 0x00.
