I just read the product page of the new Freescale MC56F84xx family (published by GregC HERE) and I could use it for a new development.

But as I am a newbie for Freescale DSC MC56F8xxx, can you please provide me a quickStart example so that I can be familiar with the DSC as quickly as possible ?

Please find enclose to this message an example which uses Timer to generate a fixed cycle time interrupt, in the ISR, a LED is toggled, user can learn how to use quadtimer module to generate interrupt and how to toggle an GPIO.
