With 293 percent growth, congatec takes 22^nd place in Deloitte Technology Fast 50 rankings for 2012

Deggendorf, Germany, November 2012  * * *  congatec AG has been ranked the 22^nd fastest growing technology company in Germany in this year’s Deloitte Technology Fast 50 awards. Rankings are based on the percentage of revenue growth over the last five years, 2007-2011. congatec achieved a growth of 293 percent during this period.

Gerhard Edi, CEO of congatec, regards the growth rate of 293 percent over the last five years as an outstanding success, considering that the company was formed 8 years ago and can no longer be classified as a startup. He explains: "The market for COM Express and Qseven computer modules is growing by more than 30% annually. Thanks to our clear focus on these product lines, we were able to grow significantly faster than the market and are now the number 2 in this segment worldwide."
