ATTiny wont be programed using the AVRISP mII

Former Member

for the last 4 hours i have been trying to get this simple circut to work so the attiny will be programed. I have taken the circut apart and put it back to gether 4 times. i tried putting a pull up resistor on reset. changing the servos. changing the attiny. my program builds and sends to the AVRISP MII fine so could someone please tell me how to hook up the avrisp to the tiny on a bread board. Ive looked at the pinouts of each a million times and i would really apreciate it if you could write it out.

Thanks

    hi

1= take e reset pin with OSC when you trying to connect and in many cases this solve the problem.if this was the case change the pullup or add capacitors

2=are fuse bits ok there are fuse bits (i dont recall their names) that may result in locking or disabling the micro (check atmel) and change your micro with a new one that are sure its new and working

3= check avrfreaks and atmel for help

I hope you get over it soon

personally I hate it when micro doesn't connect seems like your hands are tied
