How does the Breadboard can be connected to the ARM Cortex M4 processor

How does the Breadboard can be connected to the ARM Cortex M4 processor. I am using STMF decoder for home automation. Anyone has idea how can I use DTMF to connect with ARM cortex m-4 Processor ? ?

Got a pn for your DTMF decoder? Are you using 12 or 16 keys?

Typically there are eight tones which are not harmonically related, and two are one row, one column activated per key-press. I like DTMF, it is both clean and common, making it cheap.
