I'd like to hire someone to design a board that uses the Atmel SAMA5D4. Is there such a place on e14 or will I have to resort to oDesk/Elance/etc.?

It is for business so that sounds perfect. However, I have NO idea how to navigate this site as the 'forums' don't make any sense. I've been posting on forums for 15 years and I seriously can't figure this out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Ideally you should find someone physically located within easy visiting distance. You will have read lots of stuff saying that the web makes face to face contact unnecessary but in my experience this is not the case - to build up a decent business relationship you need to get to know the people you are working with.
Secondly you want someone at the right scale - if you are a one man business you won't be happy working with a big company and they won't want to work with you.
Finally you need someone with the right experience - you don't want your first project of this sort to be their first.
You can find possible contractors by searching on the web - are you looking just for pcb layout or the complete electronic design (I suspect the latter).
I'm not sure if you are aware of the likely cost - to give you an idea I would expect to pay £10k - £50k for a complete design at the level of the SAMA5D4 Explained board depending on where I went and the level of testing and production readiness. (It could be much more than this if there are special considerations). This doesn't include any software at all.
How many are you planning to make.
The cheap way to do this is (if you have time on your hands and no money) is to design it yourself - it'll cost about £1000 - £2000 made up of £500 for design software, £500 - £750 for prototype boards and bits and the rest for prototype building tools.
